National Forest Recreation Pass There's a bunch of different passes offered so check out the web site to see which one you'll need for your hike or visit.  A day pass is generally $5, the Northwest Forest Service annual pass is $30, and the Washington/Oregon annual pass is $100 (and gets you free day-use at most Washington and Oregon state parks).  Fees are also waived on National Trails Day (first Saturday in June) and National Public Lands Day (4th Saturday in September).
National Parks Pass $80 gets you admission to our national parks, including our own Crater Lake, Fort Vancouver, Clatsop National Monument and the Oregon Caves.  Even better, seniors 62 years of age and over can get it for only $10!
Oregon Historical Society Individual membership is $60 and the Family membership is $80.  You get free admission, quarterly newsletter subscription, discounts and special invitations.
Oregon Museum of Science and Industry (OMSI) Memberships start at $75.  Perks include free admission, $1 off the day-time Kendall Planetarium shows, discounts on tickets to Premier Featured Exhibits, discounts on OMSI camps and classes, discounts at the Science Store and Café, invitation to members-only events, free admission to over 250 science museums worldwide, plus a quarterly magazine.
Oregon State Parks There are a few state parks in the system that charge a day-use fee of $3.  Frequent park visitors can purchase a 12-month pass for $30 or a 24-month pass for $50.  State Parks Day offers free day use and free camping, coinciding with National Trails Day and Free Fishing weekend.  June 4th, 2011 is this year's Oregon State Parks Day.  Please see this web site for more events and free activities.
Oregon Zoo Free admission to the zoo for 12 months, free parking during zoo hours, free admission to over 150 other zoos around the country, special discounts, coupons and more, starting at just $49.  For a little more, upgrade to a Plus membership and you'll get free admission to ZooLights, entrance to some summer ZooTunes concerts, and you can even bring a guest in for free for each visit.
Portland Art Museum Memberships begin at $55 for one adult.  Benefits include free admission, priority entry, discounts, special invitations, and subscription to their magazine.
Portland Children's Museum Memberships start at $65 and provide for unlimited admission for one named adult and one named child, free parking, special member Thursdays and weekly eNewsletters.  Pay a little more a receive discounts on rentals, guest privileges, special invitations and family admission to over 100 other children's museums across the county.
