National Forest Recreation Pass There's a bunch of different passes offered so check out the web site to see which one you'll need for your hike or visit.  A day pass is generally $5, the Northwest Forest Service annual pass is $30, and the Washington/Oregon annual pass is $100 (and gets you free day-use at most Washington and Oregon state parks).  Fees are also waived on certain days during the year, please see web site for specific dates.
National Parks Pass The National Parks Pass has been renamed the "Interagency Annual Pass;" $80 gets you admission to our national parks, including our own Crater Lake, Fort Vancouver, Clatsop National Monument and the Oregon Caves.  Pass holders will now also receive free admission to all Forest Service, Bureau of Land Management, Bureau of Reclamation, and US Fish & Wildlife Service sites charging entrance fess.

Oregon Historical Society Individual membership is $60 and the Family membership is $80.  You get free admission, quarterly newsletter subscription, discounts and special invitations.
Oregon Museum of Science and Industry (OMSI) Memberships start at $50 for Museum After Dark, and $85 for regular memberships.  Perks include free admission, $1 off the day-time Kendall Planetarium shows, discounts on tickets to Premier Featured Exhibits, discounts on OMSI camps and classes, discounts at the Science Store and Café, invitation to members-only events, free admission to over 250 science museums worldwide, plus a quarterly magazine.  OMSI memberships are usually discounted $5 or $10 around December, but you have to keep your eyes peeled for these special offers.  Additionally, pick up a Portland Chinook book and look for the 15% off membership coupon.
Oregon Pacific Coast Passport If you are driving down the beautiful Pacific Coast and plan to visit the parks, consider this pass, which gives you entry, vehicle parking and day use fees at all State and Federal fee sites along the entire Oregon Coast.  Cost is $35 for an entire year, or $10 for a 5-day pass.
Oregon State Parks There are a few state parks in the system that charge a day-use fee of $5.  Frequent park visitors can purchase a 12-month pass for $30 or a 24-month pass for $50.  State Parks Day offers free day use and free camping, coinciding with National Trails Day and Free Fishing weekend.  Please see this web site for more events and free activities.
Oregon Zoo Free admission to the zoo for 12 months, free admission to over 120 reciprocal zoos around the country, special discounts, entry to Zoo Lights, guest privileges, coupons and more, starting at just $69. 
Portland Art Museum Memberships begin at $55 for one adult.  Benefits include free admission, priority entry, discounts, special invitations, and subscription to their magazine. 
Portland Children's Museum Memberships start at $80 and provide for unlimited admission for one named adult and one named child, and discounts on camps and classes.  Pay a little more a receive guest privileges, special invitations and family admission to over 200 other children's museums across the county.
